This section is inspired (and sometimes plagiarised) from Delia Smith's brilliant How To Cheat at Cooking. A great book which uses tried and tested cookery 'cheats' to enable those who are short on time to cook great meals. Although the book does seem to have upset some of the purists, a quick read through shows that it is imaginative and would serve as a starting point for some great meals, even if you don't cheat.
