Ingredients

• 90 g Philadelphia with Cadbury
• 6 lemon shortbread thins
• 90 g strawberries, sliced

Method

1. Spread 6 of the shortbread thins with the Philly and pile high with the strawberry slices. Use any crumbs to decorate the tops (optional).

Variations

Fresh, stoned black cherries can be used in place of the sliced strawberries. If liked serve dusted with a little icing sugar.
