These fruit, yogurt and chocolate Philadelphia cheese ripples are especially good on a hot summer's afternoon. Mind you only eat one!

Method

  1. Put the raspberries and strawberries in a bowl with the sugar and lightly crush with a fork. Divide the crushed fruit between small dessert glasses or dishes.
  2. Put the Philly in a bowl and loosen it with a whisk. Add a tablespoon of the natural yogurt to the Philly and whisk together. Then lightly combine the remaining yogurt into the Philly mixture, stirring lightly stir to give a rippled effect. Spoon the rippled mixture over the fruit. Ideally chill for 30 minutes before serving.
