Origin

  • Queso Majadales is produced by Los Corrales, in Almedijar, a town in the province of Castellón, which is located in the natural park of the Sierra de Espadán

  • Lactic, acidic aroma. The taste is goaty and sweet with a hint of hazelnuts

  • Matured for 15 days. Medium strength with a supple, creamy texture and sporadic medium sized holes which are more abundant in the summer months

Description

The cheese has a white interior with an orange rind, due to being coated with Sierra de Espadán olive oil and paprika after which it develops a light coating of white mould
