- Intensely fruity and spicy, full of contrasting flavours. Even when young it has a caramelly sweetness combined with a fresh taste of pineapple

- Medium strength, matured for 5-7 months. Hard, almost brittle and somewhat oily texture
Description
Rich yellow interior, with a brown rind. Basket shaped. Tyning was declared the best English cheese and best modern British cheese at the British Cheese Awards in 1995
