Trappiste de Chambarand cheese
Trappiste de Chambarand (or just plain Chambarand) is produced at the abbey of the same name in the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It is made with whole cows' milk, and is produced in relatively small quantities (60 to 90 tons per year). It has an orange rind with some white mould. It is quite a fresh cheese that can be stored for almost 2 months at 6 to 8°C and can also be frozen.
