Origin
- Squaquarone is a cheese produced in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. Production, processing and preparation takes place in the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini and Bologna. The milk used in the production of this cheese comes exclusively from farms within the Romagna Apennines.
