Pecorino del Beigua cheese
Pecorino del Beigua is a goats' milk cheese which is only produced in the Parco Naturale del Beigua in the Italian region of Liguria. Ideally matured for 6 months, it is light, sweet and pleasantly crumbly. The intensity of the explosive aromatic flavours is never aggressive or spicy and the texture is silky in the mouth.
