Fromage sans-nom cheese

Fromage sans-nom is a cows' milk cheese from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. Traditionally it was only consumed by farmers and their staff as it was made with left over milk which was not sold door to door to households in Lille. However, it still keeps its name 'sans nom' (without name). It is a semi-hard pressed cheese with small holes and is mild, sweet and creamy
