Foundudo cheese
Foundudo is a semi-hard, semi-cooked cheese produced by Marie-Laure Fontaine and Jean-Marc Abbona in the small village of Bayons in the Alpes de Hautes-Provence département of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
Matured for 3 months, the cheese is washed in white wine and has a holey texture. It comes in two weights 2kg and 5kg.
