Drumlin cheese
  • A hand made cheese made by award winning artisan cheesemaker, Silke Cropp at Corleggy Farmhouse, on the banks of the River Erne between the counties of Cavan and Fermanagh.

Varieties

Drumlin Traditional

This cheese is a hard cheese made from raw cow's milk and matured for a minimum of six weeks. Young cheeses have a mild taste, getting stronger as the cheese matures. The rind is edible.

Drumlin Garlic and Red Pepper

This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with the addition of Garlic and Red Pepper for flavour.

Drumlin Cumin Seed

This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with the addition of whole Cumin seeds for flavour.

Drumlin Smoked

This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with a sharper taste due to being smoked with beechwood.

Drumlin Peppercorn

This cheese is similar to the Traditional cheese with the addition of whole green peppercorns for flavour.
