Denhay Dorset Drum cheese is a mellow tasting cheese made from pasteurised cows' milk.

It has a hard texture and is matured for up to a year. It has a circular shape and the rind is wrapped in cloth and wax.

These mini-truckles weigh 2 kg with the weight of a full-sized cheese being a massive 27 kg.
