• Fresh and matured goats' cheese made by Elizabeth Harris at Chidwickbury Estates, which if I'm not mistaken is Chidwickbury Manor, the home of Stanley Kubrick and where he made The Shining, Full Metal Jacket and Eyes Wide Shut.
