Cherry bomb chillies
From Cookipedia
Cherry bomb chillies are large almost small tomato sized chillies which are fleshy and thick skinned with a very good clean heat of level 4/10. They are of the capsicum annuum variety. The round fruits measure 7cm in diameter. They have a thick skin which makes them ideal for pickling and ripen from green to bright red approximately 65-70 days after transplanting. The dried form has a completely different, much richer taste than fresh ones.
Cherry bombs are used in sauces or to add an extra flavour dimension to meat dishes. They are also perfect for stuffing with goats' or any soft cheese.
