Baskeriu cheese
Origin
- Baskeriu is produced under the Capitoul brand in the Haute-Garonne département of the French region of Midi-Pyrénées. Capitoul is a brand of cheeses made by Les Fromageries Occitanes who are a subsidiary of Eurilait, one of France’s largest dairy co-operatives.

- Pasteurised ewes' milk, vegetarian rennet
Aroma and taste
- Rich, buttery and nutty. Very similar to Ossau-Iraty, but produced outside of the region specified by the latter's PDO.
