Origin

  • Zillertaler Bergkase is produced in small dairies in the Tyrolean Zillertal valley and the milk comes from selected farms in the area.

  • Matures for 4-6 months and contains a few pea-sized holes. Firm and dry rind. Firm body which is easily cut.
