Priego de Córdoba

DOP Priego de Córdoba is a Spanish extra-olive oil produced in Priego de Córdoba, Almedinilla, Carcabuey and Fuente-Tojar in the province of Córdoba. The oils are known for their fruity aroma which is sweet and slightly spicy and bitter. Their colours are varying shades of yellow, depending on the village in which the oils are produced.
