Really pleased with these. Up until now I've been using plain coconut chips, which are fine, but these are at another level. The toasted effect really adds extra flavour and they have a very pleasant texture which normal sliced coconut does not have. As well as just nibbling them, I use them as a topping for curries and rice dishes.
