Description
Zillertaler Gold - the traditional Emmentaler - is smoked to give it a mild smoky aroma according to an ancient recipe. The unique flavour of the cheese derives from the ancient practice of heating milk over a wooden fire. The cheese is yellow in colour with a golden brown rind. Storage life is 40 days.
