This is the tastiest cured sliced bacon I have ever tasted. It's home-cured by Russell's Butcher's of Upwell, Norfolk; the butchers that I can see from my office window, across the fields.
It's nice thick cut back bacon with lots of lovely tasty fat. When it's grilled it makes the most amazing bacon, perfect for a sandwich.
