Titcomb cheese
Titcomb is produced in Oxfordshire by Karen and Roger Crudge of Crudge's in Kingham. It is made with ewes' milk which is sourced from just outside Stratford and is Gruyere-like in texture, but with the delicate and slightly sweet, fruity flavour of ewes' milk.
You can buy at Stroud on the 2nd and 5th Saturdays, Woodstock, Chipping Norton, Deddington, Hebington, and Wolvercote Farmer's Markets.
