Interesting. Another one to make! Especially the garlic infused olive oil. I make my own but have been reticent to put the recipe on here due to the botulism (search this site if you didn't know). I boil up about 6 litres of olive oil and two strings of garlic (peeled), mush them up with a potato masher and then simmer for an hour and then strain trough muslin and bottle. I'm still here - I think the prolonged heating may help, plus no actual garlic solids in the oil. Anyway, I'll keep it secret. Don't want to kill the punters!
