St Wulfstan is a firm, white organic cows' milk cheese, produced by Gorsehill Abbey Cheese of Broadway in Worcestershire and they have a list of retail outlets.
The cheese, which is the latest product from Gorsehill Abbey, has a sharp clean taste with faint note of mushrooms. It won an award at the British Cheese Awards in 2009 in the Modern British category.
