Shortcrust pastry (TM)
I am very suspicious of ready-made pastry as it can contain ingredients which are not required to be listed on the packaging, such as chicken feathers and even human hair. You can buy pastry which specifically states that it does not contain such dodgy ingredients, but it is rather expensive and making your own in a Thermomix is a doddle.
