Ingredients

- 200g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 small garlic clove
- Good pinch sea salt
Method
- In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic to a paste with the sea salt
- Add the milk to the garlic and mix
- Pour the milk into the yogurt and mix well
- Pour into a bowl and serve
Serving suggestions
Serve chilled. It is the usual accompaniment for dolmas.

Sprinkle with chive flowers if in season
