• 1 sprig of oregano
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 sprig of summer savory
• 1 sprig of hyssop

Version 2

• 1 bay leaf
• 1 sprig of marjoram
• 1 garlic clove, bruised
• 1 strip of orange peel

Version 3

• 1 bay leaf
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 1 green part of a leek

Version 4

• 1 bay leaf
• 1 sprig of oregano
• 1 garlic clove, bruised
• 1 strip of lemon peel

Method

1. Tie the ingredients with kitchen string or wrap in a piece of muslin.
2. Use as an infusion for your recipe
3. Remove and discard before serving
