A very seedy bread! Brilliant for toast, my favourite loaf this one.

This recipe is suitable for a standard breadmaker, specifically the Panasonic SD253, Panasonic SD-ZB2502 automatic breadmaker and similar models.

Use menu 03 (4 hour) on Panasonic SD-ZB2502 automatic breadmaker)

It will almost certainly work for most breadmakers and is worth trying if you have lost your instruction book!

The timer may be used for this recipe.

A breadmaker with a nut dispenser is required.

Method

  1. Place the ingredients in your breadmaker in the order shown and seeds in the nut dispenser tray
  2. Select Bake program (4 hours)
  3. Use menu 03 (4 hour) on Panasonic SD-ZB2502 automatic breadmaker
  4. Select chosen crust option
  5. Select the appropriate loaf size to match the recipe [Medium, Large or Extra large]
  6. Rise and bake (4 hour cycle)
