Method

  1. Drain the peppers thoroughly and put them in the bowl, together with the garlic oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse blade / Speed spoon.
  3. Blend at Speed 3, increasing to Speed 6 to obtain a light, smooth sauce.
  4. When you have finished, pour into a bowl and garnish with the thyme.
  5. Season with a little salt.

Red pepper sauce can be served at room temperature or cold. It is suitable as an accompaniment to any type of vegetables and salads.
