An unusual dressing that is great with bean salads, leafy salads and most vegetables.

Method

  1. Add the thyme leaves, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, tighten the lid and shake vigorously until well mixed.
  2. Add the sour cream to a bowl and fold this mixture into it
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
