Method

  1. Add the carrot, onion, mushrooms and celery to the bowl.
  2. Chop 15 seconds / Speed 5.
  3. Add the oil and program 7 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1.
  4. Next add the meats, the milk and salt.
  5. Cook 10 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse blade / Speed spoon.
  6. Add the tomato and adjust seasoning.
  7. Cook 20 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse blade / Speed spoon.

Serving suggestions

This is a sauce ideally served with tagliatelle, pasta made with wheat flour, egg, olive oil salt and a little water or with gnocchi, which is made with a dough of potatoes and semolina.
