  1. Put the garlic and the parsley into the bowl 4 seconds / Speed 5
  2. Put the butterfly on the blades and add the remaining ingredients 12 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse Blade / Speed Spoon
  3. Correct the seasoning and check that the mushrooms are well done, if not, cook for a few minutes more
  4. If there is too much liquid, remove the mushrooms, leaving in the liquid, reduce it Temp. Varoma / 5 minutes approximately
