Method

  1. Thoroughly mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar and water.
  2. Slowly add the peanut oil and then the olive oil until the whole thing has emulsified.

Chef's notes

Although I have yet to make this, I believe that the vinaigrette should have the consistency of mayonnaise. I would recommend the use of a stick blender for making this.
