Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, except the onions for garnishing.
  2. Roll into a 2cm cylinder and cut into 10cm lengths.
  3. Wrap them in clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.
  4. Heat the oil or lard in a frying pan
  5. Add the sausage and fry gently, until cooked though and brown.
  6. Garnish with the raw onion

Serving suggestions

Serve with bread, ajvar and salad, or chips and vegetables for a more substantial meal.
