Ingredients

- 450 g (1 lb) of either: green beans / canned beans / dried beans - cooked to your liking
- 2 bell peppers, any colour
- 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 Cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- A splash of balsamic vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 35g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Method
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan and season with black pepper
- Add the onions and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes
- Add the beans and peppers and stir-fry for a further 7 minutes
- Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and season to taste with sea salt
Serving suggestions
Serve hot sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
