We Love This!

Nick sent me a small sample of this to try. I'm now on my second Kilo of this fabulous sauce mix. It's super tasty and such a quick cheat for a great meal. Make up by boiling water weight / pasta sauce mix powder 4:1 Thats about 50g of powder to 200ml of boiling water. Stir well and mix in the pasta. I like to add some freshly grated cheese to top this, and that's it!

Description

Our Tomato and Mascarpone Pasta Sauce Mix is very easy and quick to use and instantly solves the problem of the expense of opened and partly used jars of shop bought sauce which only goes to waste. Add freshly boiled water to the Tomato and Mascarpone Pasta Sauce Mix powder and stir, leave to stand for a short time to allow the sauce to thicken and the flavour to develop, give a final stir to check all the powder has dissolved (no lumps) if needed add more powder or water to adjust the sauce viscosity, pour over freshly cooked and drained pasta, stir through to evenly coat and serve.

Ingredients:

(Tomato Powder Modified Maize Starch, Onion, Sugar, Sea Salt, Garlic, Rubbed Herbs (Basil, Oregano), Ground Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary), Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Black pepper, Black Pepper Extract), Mascarpone (MILK) Cheese Powder, Cheese (MILK) Powder, Modified Starch.

Recommended Usage Rate:

Mix one part powder to four parts water, i.e., 50g Pasta Sauce powder to 200g water, add the hot water to the powder and briefly stir the two ingredients together, leave to stand for a short time to allow the sauce to thicken and flavour to develop, adjust powder/water as required.

Yield:

50grams of Tomato and Mascarpone Pasta Sauce Mix powder will yield approximately 220mls of Pasta Sauce.
