From Cookipedia
This wiki cheese category page contains detailed information and photographs of cheeses produced in the countries of Finland and Sweden.
Further information
Finland and Sweden, and indeed Norway and Denmark, are the world's best adaptors of other cheeses. Whilst being somewhat blander than the original cheeses, they are far less expensive to buy. Finland is unusual in that it produces a cheese from reindeer milk.
