Pieminister, Bristol

Pieminister

In 2002 Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon hatched a plan to create the most delicious and wholesome pie the British public had ever tasted. In June 2003 the first official pieminister pie was born with a pie shop in Bristol soon to follow with a kitchen and a junior minister.

Pieminister pies are now sold in the best delis, food halls, farmers markets and pubs throughout the UK as well as in pieminister cafe's in Bristol, London, Oxford and Trentham. The pies are now also available nationwide through a number or supermarkets.

Pieminister pies contain only fresh, responsibly sourced, free range, natural ingredients many of which are sourced from the West Country.

Pieminister remains a family-run business, making all its products in-house where Jon and Tristan still personally oversee the making and baking of them all.

In addition pie recipes and competitions can be found on Pieminister's blog
