I am an English teacher, I love to teach and to learn from my students and reflect on my teaching. But I also love cooking. 14 years ago I started to study in a culinary institute in Lima and won several awards in the end of the semester contests. I created and innovated existing dishes, so I think I can learn much from this wiki and also try to contribute with some of my experience.
