American cranberry jelly - presentation is everything!

Cranberry sauce or cranberry jelly is a sauce or relish made out of cranberries, commonly associated with Christmas dinner in the United Kingdom and Thanksgiving dinner in North America. There are differences in flavour depending on where the sauce is made: in Europe it is generally slightly sour-tasting, while in North America it is sweetened. Cranberry sauce is commonly served with roast turkey.
