Egg, mushroom and cream timbales
Le Creuset stoneware ramekins

Timbales are small deep or shallow baking moulds that have sides that taper in towards the bottom of the mould, similar to a ramekin. They are sometimes referred to as a tart or tartlette mould. Food cooked in a timbale is usually turned out onto a small plate and served as an individual portion.
