I'm not an expert, but I think, that polish chees should be: OSCYPEK apart from oszczypek. Or mabey that is the specyfic way of turning polish name into english.

If U ask in Poland about "oszczypek" no one will understand;)

Many thanks for doing the checking. Although I moved the page, it has not been deleted. The original page name will still be found as renaming just creates a redirect page. So this cheese can now be found under both names. Win-Win!
