Ingredients

- 100 ml (4 fl oz) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Β½ Clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
Method
- Add the thyme leaves, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, tighten the lid and shake vigorously until well mixed.
- Add the sour cream to a bowl and fold this mixture into it
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
