Visitors email =peter.sundholm@saunalahti.countryinitialsfinland Message: Dear sirs, Your article on "Graddost" contains a factual error: "Graddost is a semi-hard Swedish, pasteurised cows’ milk cheese. the name literally means ‘manor house’ and is Sweden's most popular cheese." The name "Gräddost" actually means "cream cheese" from "grädde", cream and "ost", cheese.

As a rule, your articles are not only nicely succinct but splendidly informative and I'm an ardent fan.

Yours sincerely

Peter Sundholm

I got the manor house bit from this page http://swissam.net/index.php/find_cheese/view/graddost but obviously it is wrong. I should have guessed it was, as I know that ost=cheese! --JuliaBalbilla (talk) 12:54, 21 September 2013 (BST)
