Yes, I love broccoli as well, but I wanted to illustrate the size of the dear little baby cauliflowers. Also thought about chilli and would have used it if my cheese had been a bog standard Cheddar. However, I have some Mahón-Menorca, which I have only eaten as a table cheese and I wanted to see what it tasted liked cooked. Works well with the Parmesan.--JuliaBalbilla 17:48, 28 October 2010 (BST)
