- 4 egg whites
- 200g sugar
Method
- Place the Butterfly on the blades
- Put the egg whites and sugar into the bowl 4 minutes / 50° / Speed 3½
- Then program 4 minutes / Speed 3½, no temperature and use immediately after whipping or it will sink.

Variations
There are many types of meringue. For all of them put the Butterfly on the blades, add the whites, a pinch of salt, some of lemon juice or vinegar and program 1 minute per egg white Speed 3½.
