Not really a recipe, more an idea. If you've not ever tried this, get some and have a go, it's great fun and delicious. It can be a bit salty though.

- 250g Halloumi cheese, (1 pack)
Method
- Slice thinly and barbecue for about 3 minutes a side. it won't melt.
- Eat with your fingers whilst the barbecue is progressing.
Serve with hummus and tzatziki dips
