Fromagée du Larzac cheese

Information

Larzac (Fromagee du Larzac) is a soft blue sheep's cheese based on Roquefort and very local to the mid-Pyrenees in France. Best described as "homogenised" Roquefort it is uniformly pale blue in colour and ideal for spreading and mixing. Gentle in flavour, with a characteristic blue tang. Comes in a ceramic pot which is ideal for other uses!
