Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar (good red wine vinegar with a pinch of sugar could be used)
• 1 tablespoon walnut oil
• 1 tablespoon garlic olive oil
• juice from half a lemon - about 2 tablespoons
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• pinch of sea salt
• freshly grated black pepper

Method

1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until they thicken slightly
2. Drizzle over your salad and serve
