- 4 medium spring onions, chopped finely
- 300 ml pot of sour cream
- A little milk (optional)
- A pinch of paprika powder
Method
- Chop the spring onions finely
- Whisk the cream in a bowl. If is quite thick, you might want to whisk in a tablespoon or so of milk to thin it down
- Fold in the spring onions, reserving a few pieces of green onion to dress it with
- Sprinkle with the reserved green onions and sprinkle with paprika
