This meat roasting calculator gives you cooking times and temperatures (by weight) for roast beef joints, roast turkey, roasted chicken, roast duck, grouse, lamb, pheasant, pork, honey roast gammon, (ham/bacon), boiled bacon and venison.
How to create your own roasting schedule
Select the roast meat type and weight, enter the time you would like to carve and serve the joint. The timings will be calculated and a cooking schedule created for you. There is a printer friendly option so you can print the roasting schedule and take it to the kitchen with you.
